At BIZNUS doo, Paričjak 6A, 9252 RADENCI (hereinafter: BIZNUS doo or the operator) we value your privacy, so we strive for the highest level of protection of your personal data. We guarantee that your personal data obtained through our websites, or when doing business with you, especially through telecommunications, will be collected, processed, protected and stored in accordance with applicable European legislation (General Data Protection Regulation) and the national legislation of the Republic of Slovenia (the Act on the Protection of Personal Data, the Act on Electronic Communications and the Act on Electronic Business in the Market) and set out this Privacy Policy (hereinafter: the Policy).
The purpose of this Policy is to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data will be obtained and how it will be used, and what your rights are in relation to the data we hold about you and how to exercise them.
The manager undertakes that the collected personal data will be used in accordance with this Policy, that we will not sell, lend or in any other way forward your personal data to third parties, except in cases specified by law.

- data of job candidates (workers, students, pensioners), which candidates enter in job application forms (personal data such as name, surname, address, contact data such as email address and telephone number, year of birth, year of study) and other data that potential candidates send us to our contact details (data specified in the motivation letter and CV, such as data on education, past work experience, competences and abilities, education and courses, etc.);
- other data that individuals voluntarily provide to the administrator at one of the contact addresses on our websites.
The operator does not collect or process your personal data, except when you allow it or you agree to this, i.e. when you register in a jobseeker database or a job, when you subscribe to receive advertising messages, participate in a prize draw, etc., or when there is a legal basis for collecting personal data or we have legitimate interests in processing your data. By submitting data, the individual gives consent to their processing and at the same time confirms the veracity of all personal data provided.
PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS
All personal data you provide to us will be treated confidentially and will be used only for the purposes for which they were provided and collected. If there is a need for further processing of your data for another purpose, we will contact you beforehand and ask for your prior written consent.
WEBSITE VISIT
A web server log file is automatically stored on the web server every time you visit our websites. We process the personal data you provide to us when running a prize draw or signing up for promotional campaigns for the purposes of running the prize draw or promotional campaign. Your personal data will be deleted after the completion of the prize game or promotional campaign for which you have signed up, unless you give your express consent to the contact information provided when registering for the prize game or promotional campaign to send you advertising messages about our offers.

Within the scope of legal powers, your personal data may be disclosed to the following data users:
- providers of information technology services in the context of software servicing and maintenance;
- to the administrator and administrator of the website.
We undertake that neither we nor other users will forward or transfer your personal data to a third country outside the European Union and/or the European Economic Area or to an international organization.
STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
The manager undertakes to keep and use the collected personal data only for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose for which the individual data was collected and further used. After the retention period has expired, we will effectively and permanently delete or anonymize your personal data so that your identification is no longer possible.
We keep the data that we process on the basis of the law for the period prescribed by law. We keep the data that we process for the execution of the contractual relationship with you for the period necessary for the execution of the contract and for the entire time that the statutory limitation period for claims from such a concluded contract lasts, except in the case of a dispute related to the contractual relationship.
Personal data that we process based on your consent or legitimate interest, e.g. in the case of sending electronic newsletters, we keep it permanently until you cancel this consent or until you request to stop processing, whereby we undertake to check the existence of the purpose of personal data processing at regular time intervals. We will delete the data before cancellation only if the purpose of personal data processing has already been achieved (e.g. if we stop sending advertising e-mails) or if this is stipulated by law.
If there is a different legal storage period for certain data that is processed for the realization of contracts (e.g. accounting or tax data), the storage period is up to 10 years. Data processing is limited during this time.
SECURITY OF YOUR DATA
Your data, which you provide to us through the use of our websites, through telecommunication channels or in any other way, is carefully protected against loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, modification or destruction.
The security of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the internal Rules on the security of personal data at the controller. We are committed to carefully protecting your personal data and will not pass it on to unauthorized third parties. At the request of law enforcement authorities, in case of any abuses or violations, personal data, email addresses and IP addresses of users may be forwarded to the police and other competent authorities for further action.
After the termination of the need for data management, i.e. after fulfilling the purpose for which the data was collected, the data is immediately and irretrievably and permanently deleted.
In the event that our website contains links to other websites that are not in any way related to us, we do not assume any responsibility for the protection of your data on these websites.
FREEDOM OF CHOICE
You control the information you provide to us. If you decide not to provide us with certain data, then you will not be able to access certain places or functions on our websites, and in such cases we will not be able to answer your inquiry or contact you for the purpose of employment with us.

The above does not affect the rules of Slovenian contract law in relation to the rules on the validity, formation or effect of a contract with a child.
In such cases, taking into account the available technology, the administrator will make reasonable efforts to verify whether the holder of parental responsibility for the child has given or approved consent.
YOUR RIGHTS
The manager consistently ensures that you exercise all your rights in connection with the processing of your personal data based on applicable legal regulations.
As individuals, you have the following rights:
Right to revoke consent: If you as an individual have consented to the processing of your personal data (for one or more specified purposes), you have the right to revoke consent. Revocation of consent does not affect the legality of data processing that was carried out until its revocation.
You can revoke your consent at any time free of charge by sending a written statement to the administrator at the email address: info@biznus.si. Revoking consent to the processing of your personal data has no negative consequences or sanctions.
Right of access to personal data: As an individual, you have the right to receive confirmation from the controller as to whether or not data relating to you is being processed. If this is the case, you have the right to give you access to your personal data (i.e. viewing and copying or copying) and to provide you with information regarding the processing of your personal data (e.g. the purpose of processing, type of personal data, users , to whom personal data has been or will be provided, the expected data retention period, technical and organizational measures for data protection, the existence of automated decision-making, including the creation of profiles, etc.).
Right to rectification: As an individual, you have the right to obtain that we enable you to correct inaccurate personal data relating to you and to enable you to supplement incomplete personal data. For this purpose, you have the right to provide us with a supplementary statement with up-to-date personal data.
The right to delete personal data (the right to be forgotten): You have the right to have the controller delete personal data concerning you without undue delay, if there is one of the reasons from Article 17 of the General Data Protection Regulation (e.g. if the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, if you revoke your consent and for processing and there is no other legal basis, if you object to the processing, there are no overriding legitimate interests, if the personal data was processed illegally, etc.).
Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to have the controller restrict the processing of your data if one of the following cases exists:
- if you dispute the accuracy of the data processing, for a period that allows the controller to verify the accuracy of the data;
- if the processing is illegal and you request restriction of processing instead of deletion,
- if the controller no longer needs the data, but you need it to assert, implement or defend legal claims;
- if you have objected to the processing, until it is verified whether the legitimate reasons of the controller prevail over your reasons.
Right to data portability: As an individual, you have the right to receive your personal data in a commonly used and machine-readable format and to have this data transmitted directly to another controller, where this only applies if the processing of your personal data is based on consent or contractual relationships and the processing is carried out by automated means.
Right to object: If the data processing is based on our legitimate interests, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time, based on reasons related to your particular situation. In such a case , we will continue to process your personal data only if we prove necessary legitimate reasons for the processing that will prevail over your interests, rights and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
You can object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling, at any time and free of charge, without giving reasons, by sending us a message to the email address: info@biznus.si . If you object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes, we will immediately stop processing your data for these purposes.
We will also provide you, at your request, in accordance with applicable law, with other information related to your personal data that we process.

We reserve the right to adjust the subject Policy from time to time, if necessary, to actual conditions and legislation in the field of personal data protection. For this reason, we ask you to check the current version before each transmission of personal data, so that you are aware of possible changes and additions.
