The general terms and conditions of the mountaingoat-shop.si online store are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international codes for electronic business.

Purchase without registration

The website allows new customers to register, however, you can make your first and every subsequent purchase without registration. By registering, you can ensure faster and easier shopping. The entered data will be protected in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) and will only be used to process customer orders.

 

Ordering

Ordering in the online store takes place in the Slovenian language via the Internet 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. You can choose and order the products that are available to you in the product list, if you cannot find the desired product, please let us know at the e-mail address: info@mountaingoat-shop.com and we will inform you whether the delivery of the product is possible or not. The products will be delivered to the buyer by regular mail or by delivery vehicle (larger quantities or by agreement), unless the buyer states in the order that he will pick up the ordered products in a different way. If the buyer does not cancel the order, the order goes into further processing. The provider reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered products and confirms the order or rejects it with a reason. The provider can call the customer on the entered contact phone number to check the data or ensure the accuracy of the delivery. We reserve the right to change prices, but in this case the customer will be notified by e-mail or by phone.

  

Prices

All listed prices in the online store are in euros and include VAT (22%).

The price for the selected goods is valid on the day of purchase, i.e. on the day of submission and completion of the order. The prices are valid for the selected payment method and under the stated conditions.

Purchase and process

You start the purchase by selecting the desired product, which you add to the shopping basket. In the basket, you can change the products, colors and quantity as you wish before final confirmation of the order.

We have simplified the purchase process for you and you can complete it in just three steps and it is the same for legal entities as for natural persons:

STEP 1:

You provide contact information, a delivery address and choose a payment method (payment by credit card or payment by PayPal ). We will send you an order confirmation, a tax-certified invoice, any notifications about the status of your order, etc. to the entered contact.

You have the option to save the entered data on the website and thus make future purchases easier, as the data will be filled in automatically on the next visit and it will not be necessary to enter it again.

STEP 2:

Before final submission of the order, you are enabled to see all the details of the order, including price and quantity. All order elements (data and product selection) can be corrected at this stage by returning to the previous step.

STEP 3

After reviewing all the order information, select the “Complete order” button. By clicking on the “Complete order” button, you agree to our terms and conditions and the price of the order and commit to paying for the order.

Purchase Notice

After the order has been completed, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of the order with all important information about the purchase (ordered products, contact information, delivery address, delivery method…) to your email address. The contract for the purchase of the ordered items between the buyer and the provider is irrevocably concluded at this stage.

The contract (order) is stored electronically on our servers.

Tax certified invoice

The buyer will receive a tax-certified invoice for his order to his email address within 8 days of completing the order. If you have not received the invoice within the above-mentioned time frame, please contact us at info@mountaingoat-shop.com and we will send it to you immediately.

Return of goods

In the case of contracts concluded at a distance, the buyer (according to Article 43 of the ZVPot) has the right to return the ordered products at his own expense within fourteen (14) days, if he is not satisfied with them. The deadline for returning goods is 14 days from the day the consumer acquires possession of the goods. We consider the return only if the returned goods are in the original, undamaged packaging together with the attached documentation, unless the item is destroyed, damaged, lost or its quantity has decreased through no fault of the consumer. All costs associated with returning products are paid by the buyer.

After receiving the goods, the company returns the purchase price to the consumer in accordance with the law in the same way that the buyer paid for the goods . The company will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned products. The only cost charged to the consumer in connection with the cancellation of the order is the direct cost of returning the goods and the original cost of sending the ordered goods. . The return of the received goods to the company within the withdrawal period is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract.

Complaints in case of material defect and warranty

Despite the fact that we constantly strive to ensure the extremely high quality of our products, it is possible to miss a mistake. If you receive a product that you believe has an actual defect, please contact us and we will work together to find a solution.

You can complain about the product within two months from the discovery of the material defect. You can do this by sending us a description of the error and photos showing the error on the product to the email address info@biznus.si . In case of ambiguity, we reserve the right to physically inspect the product. In this case, you must return the product to us by post to our address. In case of damage or loss of the package during the delivery of the product to us, the costs incurred are covered by the buyer.

After reviewing the complaint, we will choose one of the following options together with you: 1. refund of the amount paid in proportion to the error, 2. replacement of the goods, 3. refund of the amount paid. When exercising your rights under this title, you must describe the defect in more detail to us in the defect notification and allow us to inspect the product. If there is any doubt about the error, we must give you a written answer within 8 days, otherwise we must grant your claim within 8 days at the latest.

In the event that the goods are damaged during delivery, please contact the post office that delivered the goods to you. We recommend that you carefully inspect the received goods in the presence of the delivery person.

The warranty ceases to be valid and thus the complaint cannot be asserted in the following cases:

• In case of defects due to improper use, negligent handling, mechanical damage and defects in case of force majeure.
• Defects resulting from natural wear and tear.
• In case of incorrect management or negligent conduct.
• Changes caused by the customer (unprofessional addition of structural assemblies, modifications to the product and use of non-original components).

Disclaimer
